Maine Maple Sunday - always the fourth Sunday in March

Today is Maine Maple Sunday and Easter. The sun is bright and the weather is great for hunting Easter eggs (in the snow banks) and visiting sugar houses around the state.  It takes 40 gallons for maple sap to create one gallon of syrup.  See how it is done at your favorite sugarhouse that is open and enjoy the day.
