Maine's BioDiversity Research Institute provides a great eagle nest webcam. I have been watching this eagles nest for the last few years and every year it is a new drama. Unfortunately, last year there was a huge April storm that caused the Eagles to abandon the nest. It looks like the eagles will be laying eggs very soon this year. Check on them often and follow their BLOG for a great introduction into Maine's natural resources. Maine is 90% forested which is a higher rate than any other state.
